VORN Bioenergy is a leading biomethane producer and project developer, with over 40 biogas projects delivered in Germany and beyond, including Europe’s first biomethane plant in 2006.
We have delivered biomethane plant development, construction, management, and optimisation across a 130+ MW project portfolio in six European markets and has an additional 90+ MW additional development pipeline. To strengthen our team in Regensburg, we are now looking for you as a Working student (m/f/d) Human Resources:

Your Responsibilities

  • You support the HR team in the daily tasks of personnel work  
  • In the area of recruiting and applicant management, you will be actively involved in creating and publishing job advertisements. 
  • In the area of personnel support, you will assist with the preparation of employment contracts and references, for example.  
  • You support the organisation in the area of management systems
  • You help us with the support of the personnel management system (Rexx Systems) incl. data maintenance 
  • You will also gain insight into interesting HR projects (e.g. onboarding of new employees, employer branding)
  • In the area of office management you will assist with administrative tasks (e.g. revision of guidelines, organization of workshops and team events)

Your Profile

  • You are currently studying human resources, business administration, business psychology or a comparable degree programme  
  • You are interested in personnel management / HR   
  • Ideally, you already have some experience in the field of human resources 
  • You have a structured, analytical and independent way of working 
  • Your communication skills in German and English are very good  
  • You are confident with MS Office applications 
  • You are available from July 2026 for approx. 15-20 hours/week
