VORN Bioenergy is a leading biomethane producer and project developer, with over 40 biogas projects delivered in Germany and beyond, including Europe’s first biomethane plant in 2006.
We have delivered biomethane plant development, construction, management, and optimisation across a 130+ MW project portfolio in six European markets and has an additional 90+ MW additional development pipeline. To strengthen our team in Regensburg, we are now looking for you as a Working student (m/f/d) Procurement:

Your Responsibilities

You support the operational purchasing team with purchase orders, quotation comparisons, delivery tracking, and master data maintenance.
You assist the project procurement team with tendering processes, quotation analyses, and project-related purchasing activities.
You communicate with suppliers, request quotations, clarify inquiries, and coordinate delivery schedules.
You contribute to building a stable, long-term procurement organization that supports sustainable business growth.
You maintain purchasing KPIs, support data analysis, and assist in creating KPI dashboards.
You manage procurement documentation, including contracts, technical documentation, and Quality Management System (QMS) documents.
You actively contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of purchasing processes and tools
You will also gain insight into interesting HR projects (e.g. onboarding of new employees, employer branding)
In the area of office management you will assist with administrative tasks (e.g. revision of guidelines, organization of workshops and team events)

Your Profile

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
You have a strong interest in procurement, supply chain management, or technical projects.
Initial practical experience in procurement or a project environment is an advantage, but not required.
You have a structured and reliable way of working and possess strong communication skills.
You have a good command of English; knowledge of German and Italian is considered an advantage.
You are confident with MS Office applications
You are available from July 2026 for up to 20 hours per week
